WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
ARE ALL YOUR ITEMS HANDMADE?
Yes! All items are carefully crafted by hand and made to order. Meaning each and every items is a 1 of 1!
Here at Gem'd by Shell, we take pride in providing quality designs and products to our customers. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing before shipment (tumblers and Stanley cups)
Please allow 1-2 weeks for small items like grinders and the like.
For custom items, PLEASE check your email. Custom items will NOT be processed until designs are finalized and invoice is paid.
Bulk orders will receive the required processing time via email.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If for any reason you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at GEMDBYSHELL@GMAIL.COM within 48 hours of placing your order. Once 48 hours have passed, Gem'd by Shell can no longer cancel or make changes to your order (not including custom order requests).
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Delivery time is based on your selected shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Gem'd by Shell is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any questions or concerns regarding delivery.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! At Gem'd by Shell we LOVE custom orders. Let us bring your ideas to life! For custom orders, please purchase the free custom order request. Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email from GEMDBYSHELL@GMAIL.COM to discuss the details.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Gem'd by Shell all of our tumblers and other items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order or you received the wrong product, please send us an email at GEMDBYSHELL@GMAIL.COM.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Gem'd by Shell aims in making sure you receive your items in quality condition upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at GEMDBYSHELL@GMAIL.COM within 72hr of delivery with pictures.
