PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING*

Please be advised that custom orders have a minimum processing time of 15 business days before shipping. Please follow all instructions (based on the product) to avoid delays in your processing time. Any orders placed after 12pm ET. on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.

All custom orders are processed once the design is finalized by the client and Gem'd by Shell, LLC. Once custom orders are finalized, NO changes of any sort can be made. Please ensure all photos, spelling and any other information is correct before finalization.

Upon finalization, an invoice will be sent to the purchasing email. Please pay the invoice within 48 hours of finalization. Any unpaid invoices after 48 hours will result in the order being canceled.
